The AGM series has a very low internal resistance, making it particularly suitable for high current discharge applications such as inverters, thrusters and winches. The gel model series offers better durability with deep cycles and a longer overall life. The use of high-purity materials and lead-calcium grids ensures particularly low self-discharge of both AGM and gel batteries, so that they do not discharge for a long period without charging. Both types are fitted with M8 slotted copper flat terminals to ensure the best possible contact when connecting, eliminating the need for battery terminals. Batteries comply with CE and UL specifications in flame retardant ABS containers and are backed by Victron's 2 year worldwide warranty.
